FILES MUST BE

1 - 300 Point Resolution

2 - Transparent Background

3 - .PNG format. (.JPG files will result in cancelled orders)

4 - Sized to match size selected during order.

If there are production flaws we hold ourselves fully accountable and will fix any issues that arise. If poor quality is the result of low resolution or incorrectly sized artwork being uploaded we cannot replace or issue refunds.

Pressing Instructions

Set press to 140-145 Celsius ( 285-295 Fahrenheit)
Press for 10 seconds directly on the transfer on firm or high pressure.
Peel off the transfer paper while it is still warm.
Cover print with Teflon sheet or parchment and press for another 10 seconds.
Do not wash the garment for 24 hrs after application.
Do not use fabric softener.
